ANSWER
There can be a number of reasons for this:
- a particular program running
- a particular physical position
- some objects reflect the light back to the sensor
- some objects are in the sensor's scanning field
Try to re-position, remove objects and/or close certain programs.
Unplug/plug-in the sensor for recalibration. If this does not help creating a ticket.
