ANSWER

There can be a number of reasons for this:

  • a particular program running
  • a particular physical position
  • some objects reflect the light back to the sensor
  • some objects are in the sensor's scanning field

Try to re-position, remove objects and/or close certain programs.

Unplug/plug-in the sensor for recalibration. If this does not help creating a ticket.
