If an error occurs during the upgrade, do the following:

et the sensor into the DFU mode holding down the black button on the Neonode Interface Board while connecting to the computer:
Release the button once connected.
If it is detected upgrade the sensor with the latest FW (

).
Change the cabling and/or an interface board that connect the sensor to the computer (if possible).
Try to use another computer (if possible).
Uninstall "HID-compliant touch screen" driver and restart the computer. See "
