ANSWER
  1. If an error occurs during the upgrade, do the following:
    1. Set the sensor into the DFU mode holding down the black button on the Neonode Interface Board while connecting to the computer:
    2. Release the button once connected.
    3. If it is detected upgrade the sensor with the latest FW (Downloads). 


  2. Change the cabling and/or an interface board that connect the sensor to the computer (if possible).
  3. Try to use another computer (if possible).
  4. Uninstall "HID-compliant touch screen" driver and restart the computer. See "I used Absolute Mouse FW and struggle to flash back to a standard FW. Why?" for details.
