ANSWER
  • Make an ocular inspection of the sensor (see When I plug-in the sensor it is not recognized by my computer. Why?, Step 2)
  • If you notice that your sensor module is not working as intended in the sense that you have at least one area where touches cannot be reported, you might have damaged diodes. You can perform the open short test in Workbench to verify if the diodes are damaged in Workbench. If a LED/PD fail the test, it means that you have reduced touch performance in the areas where those are used.
